Dr. Jon Grygalonis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to obtaining his doctorate, he attended James Madison University to study Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. His interests include sports performance, orthopedic conditions, and rehabilitation of post-op procedures.

With over 16 years in practice, Dr. Grygalonis has treated athletes from all sports and playing levels, orthopedic conditions along the spine and extremities, and surgical procedures of shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee.

Throughout his journey in Physical Therapy, Dr. Grygalonis has acquired certifications in dry needling (Cert. DN), functional movement screen, spinal manipulation, Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS), and Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist.

Dr. Rebecca Grygalonis is a native of Midlothian, Virginia, where she began running cross-country and track at James River High School. She continued her running career at The College of William and Mary, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.

Rebecca suffered various injuries throughout her running career which motivated her to attend physical therapy school at Virginia Commonwealth University. Rebecca earned her doctorate of physical therapy in 2012 and now has over 13 years experience treating various orthopedic conditions.

Rebecca has continued her education throughout her career and acquired certifications in dry needling (Cert. DN), Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS), and Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist.
